Requirements Qualifications

Main Purpose Of The Job

  • Build Wholesale and Cash & Carry group plans in conjunction with the Channel Marketing Lead and CD Lead in order to deliver on business KPI’s for direct and indirect chains sales.
  • Build and implement branded product plans and ensure implementation of these plans through the key accounting in order to drive business KPI’s Deliver Customer & Channel S&OP requirements
  • Responsible for relevant budgets
  • Responsible for overall channel profitability and customer contribution.
  • Deliver business targets through relevant Wholesale groups on sales targets
  • Implementation of the relevant Customer Development tools for the Wholesale channel (Account Plans, Win & Retain, Contact Strategy by channel & by customer)
  • Manage Smollan merchandising contracts within all C&C stores – conduct QTRLY reviews with Smollan and relevant stakeholders
  • Consolidate and own Trading terms for W’s and C&C customers. Ensure full team gets TT signed and QTRLY score cards are up to date
  • Develop the Strategic plans for the future of CD and RTM Execute the Ecommerce transformation of the business for RTM portfolio
